About Me
Born and raised in Massachusetts, Tim graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a minor in economics. He has worked in various capacities from software developer through technical manager in the information technology field, including stints at IBM, Barnett Bank, Merrill Lynch and Blue Cross Blue Shield. In recent years, Tim’s focus has shifted from technology to real estate, and he is currently involved in a number of commercial projects and owns multiple commercial properties.
He has also overseen and participated in the construction of two residences, and he has coordinated waterfront construction and dredging projects with the various regulatory agencies. He is keenly aware of the need to approach any real estate project with an organized process and plan.
