Drawing from a distinguished career of over 25 years as a Risk Manager and Compliance Director within the US and European Financial Markets, Patricia brings a uniquely strategic and meticulous approach to Commercial Real Estate. Her deep understanding of risk mitigation and regulatory compliance is a key asset for her clients, ensuing their real estate investments have been through the most rigorous due diligence process.

In her previous role, Patricia excelled at identifying financial businesses’ vulnerabilities, structuring and testing robust operational risk frameworks and navigating the US, UK and EU regulatory landscapes. This experience translates directly to Commercial Real Estate, where she evaluates the financial, liquidity, regulatory, and market-related risks that could impact her clients’ strategic goals. Patricia is known for her keen attention to details and her problem-solving abilities. She partners with her clients to find the right solutions, building trust and creating long-lasting relationships.

When away from the office, Patricia loves to swim and having been a competitive swimmer, swimming year-round outdoors is a real gift. Patricia volunteers with Tidewell Hospice helping older adults. She also participates in their Blue Butterfly program for young adults supporting them through their grief processes. Patricia loves to travel, engage in stimulating debates on current affairs, find new recipes to cook, play chess and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunsets with family and friends.
