Maryam Gabriel brings a strong background in real estate, property management, communications, and client relations. 

A Jacksonville native, Maryam possesses deep knowledge of Northeast Florida’s neighborhoods, business corridors, and real estate market. Her global perspective has been shaped by living overseas in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Romania, allowing her to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds while maintaining a strong understanding of the local market she proudly calls home.

Maryam holds both a Master of Science in Communication Management and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of North Florida. Her background in communications, marketing, and public relations, strongly complements her real estate expertise. 

Prior to joining Watson Commercial Realty, Maryam worked with leading real estate companies like Greystar, where she consistently exceeded leasing and occupancy goals while helping clients navigate real estate transactions. She also has experience managing residential and commercial investment properties, giving her firsthand insight into the needs of property owners, investors, landlords, and tenants.
