Kelly Redford is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of success across diverse industries. As the Owner / Operator of Crystal Cove Resort, a vibrant waterfront destination boasting a 45-slip marina, RV sites, Hotel, Restaurant, and a range of amenities, Kelly has owned other businesses ventures as well and excels in operational management and strategic leadership.

Furthermore, Kelly is the Owner/Broker of Redford Real Estate Services, showcasing their entrepreneurial drive. With specialized expertise in the sale of RV parks and marinas, Kelly provides clients with invaluable insights and strategic guidance to achieve their business objectives.

Prior to these ventures, Kelly enjoyed a successful career in the tire industry. As Owner/Operator of Best One Tire, he demonstrated exceptional leadership in corporate sales management, employee development, and financial oversight. Before that, Kelly spent 18 years at Continental Tire North America, where he successfully developed and executed sales strategies across a multi-state territory in the Southeast.

A dedicated community member, Kelly actively contributes to various organizations. He has served as a Rotarian since 2013. Kelly also served on the Putnam County, Florida (TDC Board) Tourist Development Council from 2015 to 2019 and served on the board of directors of (NEFRC) Northeast Florida Regional Council. Also, served as a board member of the local Chamber of Commerce.
