Cathy Sopher has over 17 years of commercial real estate and business consulting experience and is a U.S. Army Veteran and Purple Heart recipient. After moving to Jacksonville with her husband several years ago to be near family, she decided to transition her business from the Tampa Bay area to Northeast Florida. Cathy is committed to solving problems and saving her clients’ time and money while ensuring they achieve their business goals. Cathy incorporates three core values into her professional and personal life –duty, integrity, and selfless service. She deems these vital to success.

Cathy has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including buyer, seller, landlord and tenant representation for entrepreneurs, investors, and government (GSA) developers. With a master’s degree in business administration and another in strategic planning, she has continued diversifying her knowledge, resulting in a well-rounded ability to support clients and develop long term client relationships. Cathy has earned her Mortgage Brokers License, Community Association Management license, is a remote On Line Notary for client convenience, and is pursuing her Brokers license. She also has experience in the development and quality control of business plans, feasibility studies, and pitch decks supporting clients pursuing conventional loans, SBA loans, or Investor financing.

Beyond the business realm, Cathy enjoys family gatherings, traveling, scuba diving, and boating since they live on the River. She and her husband are classic car enthusiats and often attend and sponsor classic car driving and rallying events. She is a gardener and a beekeeper and supports veterans’ organizations, participating in several of the 5K and 10K races each year.
