About Me

 

As a business owner with 25 years’ experience in retail and sales, Arlette Price has consulted and developed business plans and strategies for small start-ups and multi-million-dollar companies alike. She identifies hidden opportunities within a company, such as restructuring or branding of product, reviewing financials, evaluating store footprint, productivity, and sourcing efficiencies to navigate and customize a service package for each client. 

Arlette has traveled to Asia, India, Europe, and the Middle East sourcing products in excess of $1.3 Billion in retail sales for Walmart, the number one retailer in the world in terms of revenue. Living abroad, Arlette led a buying team to drive business from $70M to $120M for British retailer Tesco, a grocery market leader with 6300 stores. Arlette specializes in applying her expertise and market knowledge to broker office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties and adds tremendous value to the commercial sector.  

 Arlette’s top priority with every client is to be responsive, committed, and relationship-focused while having a true understanding of each client’s needs and objectives. Along with providing current market data, sales and lease comps, and demographics, she is well-connected in the market. This allows her to connect clients with other valuable industry professionals such as lenders, attorneys, inspectors, property managers, and more.
