Integrity and customer service excellence are the defining principles that drive the Overman Real Estate Team. Tim and Terri have partnered in marriage for over 26 years and are honored to offer their professional partnership to Watson Commercial Realty.

Tim brings over 25 years of real estate experience in the Jacksonville and First Coast markets to the team. He has worked extensively in commercial venues including land sales and acquisitions, retail, office and warehouse sales and leasing, including coordinating build-to-suits. Prior to his real estate career, Tim was in upper management in both the private and public sectors for 22 years, including two terms within the South Carolina Office of the Governor. In that capacity, Tim was the administrator for both the Developmental Disabilities and Genetic Diseases programs. He attended Barton College and the University of North Carolina and, afterwards, completed graduate studies at the University of South Carolina.

Terri is a proud native of Jacksonville and a graduate of the University of Florida. She spent 15 years as a television writer and producer at several network affiliates where she was responsible for creating advertising and marketing campaigns for local news talent. She then turned her interest to the education field for the next 12 years, specializing in early childhood and special needs education in the primary grade levels.

When Tim and Terri are not working, they love to travel to the North Carolina mountains to hike and immerse themselves in the beauty of Tim’s home state. They also love reading, walking on the beach, cooking and spending time with their family and friends.

Terri’s background in marketing and education as well as her lifetime involvement with the Jacksonville and St. Augustine communities is a great pairing with Tim’s diverse experience and knowledge of the local real estate market. They are privileged and excited to be a part of the Watson team!
